Shipping Timeframes: Please allow 2 business days for processing your order. Once shipped, standard delivery times are as follows:

  • International: 14-21 business days

Returns Policy

Unique Nature of Aeolus Fresh Air Products: Due to the nature of our products (jars with air from Greece), we regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns or offer refunds. Each jar is carefully sealed to preserve the authenticity of the air, and opening the jar voids the possibility of return.

Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@aeolusfreshair.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and images of the damaged or defective item, and we will assess the situation and provide assistance.
